Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a warehousing and fulfillment company in Houston, TX. In this role, you will oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations across a distribution center, supervise warehouse associates, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This position also includes periodic travel support to a facility in Hardeeville, South Carolina.
Pay:$30–$35/hr
Schedule:Mon–Fri, flexible hours based on operations
Location: Houston, TX (with travel to Hardeeville, SC)

Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse associates, including forklift operators and order selectors, across daily distribution center operations. You'll also:
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and clients
- Track KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Enforce safety standards and maintain warehouse organization
- Train and support staff at the Houston facility and during travel to the Hardeeville, SC location
- Assist with setup, stabilization, and operational support at the remote facility
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supervising warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations
- Experience in a fast-paced 3PL or distribution environment
- Flexibility to travel as needed to Hardeeville, South Carolina
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet customer deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Background in eCommerce fulfillment or third-party logistics (3PL)
- Experience coordinating LTL and FTL shipments and working with freight carriers
- Ability to analyze operational data and drive process improvements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred prior job titles:

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a warehouse environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
- Drug screen required
- Background check required
- E-Verify / work authorization required
