- Understands client deadlines
- Scopes engagement, manages client expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and communicates upward
- Monitors project due dates in Workstream and coordinates the timely delivery of all Outsourced Accounting Projects
- Conducts self-review of work before submission to reviewer
- Takes ownership of assignments and takes responsibility for service quality, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Learns from mistakes and changes approach/actions
- Acts in a professional manner at all times
- Clearly articulates requests and questions to client; takes notes to avoid repeat request/questions
- Maintains high level of organization (open items listing, PBC list, client files, workpaper)
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT/RELATIONSHIPS
- Directs internal questions/issues to the appropriate levels/person
- Builds effective working relationships with fellow team members
- Proactively informs appropriate team members of work status and effectively communicates in weekly team meeting
- Takes the initiative to be a team player and adapts to different personalities and working styles
- Takes ownership of personal career goals and seeks out advisor within Firm to help achieve aspirations

- Produces quality deliverables on time, in scope and within budget

- Ability to manage workflow for on-time delivery

- Analyzes client information and prepares financial statements
- Retains learning/knowledge from one client to the next; continuously applies and build on prior learning
- Understands payroll tax and accounting regulations and how they apply to each engagement
- Understands limits of personal knowledge; asks questions and seeks assistance to clarify technical issues
