Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Care RN or LVN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing with performing internal audits, fixing areas not fully in compliance, and managing systems to ensure facility remains in compliance within a Senior Care Skilled Nursing Facility.
ADON:
<ul>
<li>Current California RN or LVN licensing is a must.</li>
<li>Senior Care Skilled Nursing Facility experience required.</li>
<li>Must have a strong understanding or compliance and regulations.</li>
<li>Survey prep/execution experience required.</li>
<li>Experience in a larger union facility is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Team player with leadership skills / strong communication.</li>
</ul>
