Were currently seeking a full-time or per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to perform patient health assessments and provide training support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This role offers a meaningful way to build connections and make a true impact one visit at a time.

Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Perform patient health assessments and provide training support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This role offers a meaningful way to build connections and make a true impact one visit at a time.
Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN)
Conduct patient health assessments on a flexible schedule that fits your availability. Perfect for nurses seeking impact and autonomy.
- Compensation:$100 per Start of Care (SOC) assessment | $90 for all other assessments
Per Diem Private Duty Nurse (RN)
Deliver one-on-one nursing care in patients homes, educating them and their families on health management, medications, and preventative care.
- Compensation:$70 $75 per hour (based on case and experience)
What Youll Do
- Conduct in-home patient health assessments
- Train and support HHAs and PCAs
- Collaborate with a strong clinical support team to ensure best outcomes
- Maintain a flexible schedule with manageable weekly productivity expectations
What Youll Need
- Active RN license in New York, in good standing
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to travel across NYCs five boroughs and Westchester County
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese (preferred)
- Weekend flexibility (a plus)
