About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join aiOla and play a central role in driving operational excellence across the company. This role works directly with multiple teams — including Finance, Legal, Sales, HR, and the Executive team — to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and continuous improvement.

This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the business side of a scaling AI startup and make a real impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Operations in B2B companies (startup/tech advantage).
  • Not afraid to work directly with C-levels, Board members, and shareholders — confident communicator with high professionalism.
  • Willingness to be hands-on with finance administration, including invoices, AP/AR, budget tracking, and vendor management.
  • Strong experience in Finance Operations — budgeting, expense monitoring, and procurement.
  • Experience in Legal Operations — contracts, coordination with legal counsel, and supporting legal workflows.
  • Advantage: experience supporting fundraising legal processes (investor onboarding, subscription docs, joinders).
  • Advantage: prior experience managing Board and shareholder communications, resolutions, and approval processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HubSpot or Apollo is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven, “can-do” attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn.
