Job DescriptionJob Title: Jr. Internal Auditor/Accounting Analyst
Location: Must be within a commutable distance to McLean, VAWork Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite every Tuesday
Start Date: As soon as possible

Background Check: Candidate may begin once MedScan clearance is completeResponsibilities & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3+ years of SOX business process auditing experience
- 1+ year of experience using Workiva Audit Software (preferred)
- Strong understanding of internal auditing standards, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), COSO framework, and risk assessment practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and procedures
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Certifications (Preferred):
- CPA – Certified Public Accountant
- CIA – Certified Internal Auditor
