Accounting Coordinator – Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Harrisburg, PA (On-Site)
Pay Range: $22-$24/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm

About the Role:
We are seeking Accounting Coordinator to join our fast-paced accounting team in the transportation and logistics industry. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Process and enter vendor invoices, ensure proper approvals, and maintain accurate records

Reconcile vendor statements, request missing invoices, and resolve discrepancies

Manage vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues
-
Prepare and process check batches for expense payments

Assist with general office support (mail handling, phone coverage, scheduling meetings)
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience (high-volume preferred)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
-
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems is a plus
