Little Cottage is looking for an experienced Embroidery Technician to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented person with strong knowledge of commercial embroidery production and machine operation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain commercial embroidery machines
- Set up jobs, thread machines, hoop garments, and monitor production quality
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Read and follow embroidery specifications and production schedules
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Requirements:
- Experience is a must
- Must have experience with Brother commercial embroidery machines
- Knowledge of embroidery production processes and garment handling
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
