Job DescriptionSchool-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services across an elementary and middle school setting. This is a well-supported role with a structured schedule, a manageable caseload, and strong team collaboration.
Position Details
- Full-time, school-based role
- Serve two buildings (elementary and middle school)
- Caseload of approximately 50–55 students
- Occasional evaluation-only support at an additional site (no ongoing services)
- Students include a mix of general education and higher-support needs, including severe and profound disabilities
- Several specialized classrooms across both buildings
Service Model & Work Environment
- 3:1 service delivery model (three weeks of direct service, one week dedicated to paperwork, evaluations, and planning each month)
- Combination of push-in services and direct therapy
- Shared office space with access to a private treatment room
- Strong OT department with 15+ Occupational Therapists
- District mentor provided for onboarding and ongoing support
- Well-organized transition with evaluations planned in advance
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting students with a range of needs
- Collaborative, organized, and flexible clinician
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $57,500–$75,000 annually (based on experience)
