Taste City is the newest restaurant concept from Amoura Hospitality bringing bold flavors, great drinks, and San Francisco energy to SFO Terminal 1.
Were looking for experienced, professional bartenders to join our opening front-of-house team and help create a welcoming, efficient bar experience for travelers from all over the world.
If youre fast, personable, detail-oriented, and thrive behind the bar, this is your stage.
What Youll Do
As a Bartender, youll be responsible for delivering great drinks and great service in a fast-paced airport restaurant. Youll:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to spec
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests at the bar and counter
- Operate the POS accurately and handle cash/card transactions
- Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws & policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during busy rushes
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine & bar service standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Flexible availability early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays
- Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred
Work Environment
This is a restaurant bar inside a major airport, not a nightclub or lounge.

Pay & Benefits
This is a Union Position (Unite Here Local 2)
Hourly Wage: Union scale based on role & seniority
(Plus tips where applicable)
