We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tacoma, WA. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in processing work orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely support for operational needs. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data from mechanic work orders into the system.

• Provide administrative support by managing ongoing work orders.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records within Microsoft Excel and other software.

• Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate-level Excel skills.

• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with processing and managing work orders is a plus.
