Position Overview
Hear Again America is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a positive, organized, and friendly office experience.
This position supports daily front office operations, patient scheduling, and administrative tasks while working closely with the clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic calendar
- Verify patient information and assist with intake forms
- Collect payments and handle basic billing or insurance-related tasks
- Maintain organized patient records and office files
- Coordinate with providers to support efficient patient flow
- Assist with general administrative and office support duties
- Ensure the front office remains clean, welcoming, and professional
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional communication skills (in person and by phone)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy office environment
- Customer service, administrative, or front office experience preferred
- Medical or hearing healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
