VNA Care is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator for our Worcester office.
Position Summary: Patient Service Coordinator provides administrative support to clinical teams maintaining operational flow and ensuring exemplary customer service. Performs scheduling duties to support the needs of an assigned team branch.
Schedule available: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days remote and 3 days on-site in our Worcester office
Location: VNA Care 67 Millbrook Street, Worcester, MA
Experience
• Minimum 1 year office experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work with others.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and Power Point.
