Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. The children we serve are at the heart of everything we do and we are passionate about our commitment to having a meaningful impact in the lives of our children and their families.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a New Center Launch Associate to help bring new autism therapy centers from the construction phase to opening day efficiently, thoughtfully, and on schedule. In this role, you'll ensure each new location is fully equipped with the furniture, supplies, and services needed to begin serving clients immediately. This is a highly hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. You'll work closely with our corporate team and travel regularly to new center locations to coordinate installations, manage deliveries, and oversee overall center readiness.
Ally Behavior is a dynamic, fun, and rewarding place to work that offers superior growth and leadership opportunities in a supportive, engaging environment. We have a unique and collaborative culture that is driven by our diverse team of professionals and our core values of Serving Others, Treatment Excellence, All One Ally, Resourceful in Finding Solutions, and Striving to Grow. Our comprehensive onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to help us provide the best possible service to our clients!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage launch timelines to ensure new centers open on schedule
- Procure, track, and coordinate delivery of furniture, equipment, therapy materials, and supplies
- Assist with installation and activation of operational services, including Wi-Fi, security systems, phones, printers, and other core infrastructure
- Participate hands-on in furniture assembly and setup of therapy rooms, offices, and common areas
- Track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices; provide regular updates on spend versus plan
- Monitor multiple launches simultaneously and proactively identify risks related to timelines, deliveries, permitting, or compliance
- Support compliance readiness by coordinating inspections, permits, fire marshal approvals, and required sign-offs
- Maintain and improve standardized launch checklists, templates, and playbooks
- Ensure all centers meet Ally Behavior's brand, safety, and operational standards at opening
- Support handoff from construction teams to property management and operations
- Provide additional support as needed related to the successful launch of new centers
Required Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with center-based ABA therapy is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables through completion
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based role with frequent travel and on-site problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Experience managing budgets, purchase tracking, and expense documentation
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and shared documentation systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions such as delayed shipments, schedule shifts, or permitting challenges
- Ability to travel frequently within Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. metro area
- Ability to pass MD/VA state, FBI, and sex offender background checks
What You Will Bring:
- You are an energetic, motivated and efficient person who can drive towards meeting deadlines and making sure a center is ready for clients
- You are a self-starter who takes pride in seeing a project through and feels personally invested in opening centers on time
- You have a problem-solving mindset, focusing on solutions, not roadblocks, when something goes awry
- You are comfortable with daily accountability, deadlines, and progress reporting
- You have a genuine desire to be part of Ally's growth and expansion, knowing that each successful opening directly impacts access to life-changing services for children and families
- You like to work really hard and aren't just collecting a paycheck and letting the time pass. Excellent performance and building something special is what you find most fulfilling in life. If you have a project on your plate, you won't stop just because it's 5pm
- You have varied interests and passions that you can dive deeply into. Maybe you love Russian Literature, minored in it in school, and are part of a local book club with some like-minded friends
What We Offer When Joining Our Team:
- Base salary of $50,000 - $60,000
- Quarterly bonuses based on individual and company performance
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Guaranteed semi-monthly paycheck (24)
