Job Description
A nonprofit services organization in New York City is currently looking to fill two temporary Outreach & Auditing positions. In this role, the qualified professional will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance in client chart audits and maintaining accurate client outreach records.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance audits on client charts across multiple systems with high attention to detail
- Document and enter notes for all client outreach activities accurately in databases
- Prepare Excel reports for clients requiring outreach efforts
- Obtain and verify client contact information in preparation for outreach activities
- Communicate effectively by phone, email, and verbally to support outreach processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable creating spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
