Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $19-24, depending on experience
Work Environment: Clinical Medical OfficeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Assistant to join a patient-focused clinical team. This role involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities to support physicians and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We are a premier medical clinic specializing in hair loss treatment and hair restoration, we help change lives daily. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient exams, procedures, and clinical tasks
- Prepare and room patients, take vitals, and assist with dressing/undressing
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam and surgical rooms
- Process instruments and maintain sterilization protocols
- Perform wound care, bandaging, and suture/staple removal
- Take clinical photographs and assist with microscope-based tasks
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment logs
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare standards
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to lift, transport, and assist patients as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Vaccination compliance or valid exemption required
