Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Edwardsville, IL. This on-site position involves working with an elementary caseload at a single school location, supporting 30-35 students. The role requires providing direct therapy services during a 37.5-hour workweek.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language services tailored to elementary-aged students
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participating in meetings with families and school personnel to support student outcomes
Qualifications:
- State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- State teaching certificate
- State fingerprint clearance card
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP services, including pediatrics and teletherapy, is preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $40 to $55, depending on experience and specialty. The compensation package includes weekly direct deposit payments, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and eligibility for stipends if traveling. Additional reimbursement is available for licensing, certification fees, and travel expenses.
