Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or 4)—required for consideration
- Prior experience working with students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD)
- Comprehensive understanding of special education laws and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to a caseload of approximately 9 students with developmental cognitive disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with families, classroom staff, and related service providers
- Maintain organized records and progress reports
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
