About The Role - As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a hands-on role executing Crebrid's visual marketing initiatives across digital channels, event, and sales enablement. This is a mid-level, individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on graphic design and UX-informed execution.


You will report directly to the Marketing Director, who will set priorities and strategic direction, while you independently manage design execution, timelines, and day-to-day deliverables. The ideal candidate has a strong graphic design foundation, a refined UX eye, and experience producing professional marketing assets in a fast-paced environment.


This role also supports broader marketing initiatives - including social medial, events, and content - through collaboration, asset creation, and executional support.

Key Responsibilities:


Creative Production & Brand Consistency

  • Design and maintain branded marketing assets across digital and print channels (social, email, events, sales materials)
  • Apply strong graphic design and UX principles to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Update and adapt existing assets with new messaging, rates, or branding
  • Select and optimize imagery to support current brand direction


Social Media & Brand Engagement

  • Design visual assets for organic social media content across company platforms
  • Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing for posts, reels, stories, and event promotions
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director and videographer to ensure visual consistency
  • Assist with brand engagement on social channels as needed


Event & Sales Support

  • Design marketing and sales collateral for events and loan officer initiatives
  • Track loan officer events and coordinate timelines and collateral with marketing and sales teams
  • Attend select events to assist with on-site photo and video capture


Marketing Operations & Content Support

  • Execute marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Director
  • Assist with email campaigns, including visual updates and basic HTML edits
  • Support content creation and updates for blogs, short-form copy, and campaigns
  • Maintain organized creative assets, timelines, and approvals


Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • 35 years of professional experience in a design-forward marketing role
  • Strong graphic design skills with UX awareness
  • Advanced Canva skills with solid design fundamentals
  • Working proficiency in Figma
  • Photoshop experience for image editing and optimization
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • HTML editing experience for emails or landing pages


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design and marketing work
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, finance, or B2B marketing
  • HubSpot experience


Job location: Hybrid

*For the first four weeks, this position requires being in the office Monday through Friday for training. After the training period, the in-office schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our Dallas location
