Salary: $89,045 – $110,501 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000
Schedule: 7-on / 7-off |

Ready to elevate your career? Join the nation’s leading air ambulance provider and be part of a mission-driven team that saves lives every day. We’re hiring a VFR Pilot to support our Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations in Palestine, TX.
What You’ll Do:
Operate EC135 SPIFR/NVG helicopters for emergency medical transport
Ensure safe, efficient, and FAA-compliant flight operations
Collaborate with medical crews and dispatch to deliver critical care
Maintain accurate flight logs and safety documentation
- Represents company in a professional manner which includes being neat in appearance and courteous to all internal and external customers.
- Complies with other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Report all aircraft mechanical malfunctions by entering them in the aircraft engineering logbook.
- Communicates mission status elements including itineraries, estimated time of arrival, etc., with medical crew, passengers, Communication Center, and Maintenance as appropriate.
- Loads and unloads stretcher patients and/or isolettes onto aircraft.
- Completes written logs and reports as required by the company and the FAA.
- Supports company Safety Management System activities.
- Any other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument rating
- 2,000 total flight hours (1,500 helicopter / 1,000 PIC)
- Current Class II FAA Medical Certificate
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and pass a pre-placement physical
