RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
● Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks as needed.
● Oversee payroll administration (employee pay, PTO/Sick.
● Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
● Serve as a resource for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
● Benefits coordination - Work with benefits (Principal, BCBS, etc.) liaison to ensure benefits are reviewed timely with employees and systems updated as needed.
● Prepare materials for performance reviews (30day, 90 days, annual, etc.).
● Provide reports as requested by senior leadership.
● Monitor Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) system and assist with reporting as requested.
● Assisting with (and executing) the termination process.
● Conducting audits of HR programs such as payroll, benefits, etc.
● Generating reports on general HR activity as requested.
● Other HR duties, i.e. Confidentiality in all matters, Annual Employee Handbook reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● A minimum of 2 years of human resource experience.
● Work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
● Ability to self-manage and work independently, as well as part of a team.
● High school diploma or equivalent (required)
● A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
