Job Description

Paid training. A dedicated mentor. An assigned truck after successful completion.

10-4 Logistics USA is looking for recent CDL-A school graduates ready to begin full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive the support needed to move into solo work.

The Offer at a Glance

$850 per week during paid training
Expected solo earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week
Paid one-on-one mentor program
Paid orientation
Pay issued every Friday
Your own assigned truck after successfully completing training
Eastern Regional Fleet
Weekly or bi-weekly home time available
No-touch dry van freight

Support on the Road

Company-paid tolls and a fuel program help keep the operational side straightforward. Drivers also have access to 24/7 dispatch support, along with an available pet and rider policy.

Are You Eligible?

You must:

Hold a valid Class A CDL
Be a recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training
Have a satisfactory driving record
Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
