Pittsburgh area (Warrendale) company is in need of a Customer Service Associate.
Duties to include:
· Provide requested information related to sales, production and administration as needed
· Complete all documents and update all records related to system and customer information
· Create and deliver customer invoices related to equipment repairs and modifications
· Maintain weekly schedule for CSR team related to work days, vacation and customer site visits
· A variety of related general admin and office support duties
Requirements:
· 2+ years of general office/customer service experience
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Proficient MSOffice skills
· Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines
· Team player willing to help within the department as needed
