Job Description

CaliberHealth Plus is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) * Schedule is as follows:

WEEKDAYS M-W-F 8AM-12PM, WEEKENDS 8AM-2PM

As a CHHA with CaliberHealth Plus, you will:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
Monitor, report, and document changes in client condition.
Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders as needed.
Ensure compliance with client care plans and agency standards.

Qualifications

Active NJ CHHA License (required).
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
Experience with bed-bound, total care, or dementia clients is a plus.
