Machine Operator (3rd Shift) — Hunt Valley/Cockeysville, MD (On-Site)

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Hunt Valley/Cockeysville, MD (21031). This is a full-time, 40 hrs/week contract role on 3rd shift.

Pay

• $18.55/hr (W2)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (3rd shift)
• Onboarding/Training (required): 1 week, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Interviews

• In-person interviews, typically scheduled Monday–Friday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and perform minor routine maintenance/troubleshooting on moderately complex or automated manufacturing equipment
• Control/adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality
• Perform production tasks such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Inspect in-process product, remove defects, and document quality/safety/maintenance details accurately
• Support basic problem-solving and root-cause analysis for process/product exceptions
• Follow GMP/FDA guidelines and all site housekeeping and safety policies
• Work overtime as needed based on business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of manufacturing experience (machine operation strongly preferred)
• Ability to read/write/understand English instructions/specs and perform basic math
• Comfortable working in a team environment and rotating into different tasks as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (must be able to consistently work scheduled hours)
