Pay Rate: $47.00 - $57.00 / HR W2
Duration: Through end of 2026 - based on performance and business needs
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Work Model: Hybrid - [On site 3 days a week Mon-Wed, switching to Tu-Thur in January]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager (SFMC) to join the Digital Lab team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day project management of 1:1 digital marketing campaigns, including CRM, email, SMS, and direct mail programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing campaign management using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a strong grasp of project management in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple medium to high-complexity marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS.

Develop detailed project work plans, timelines, and deliverables; assign tasks to team members accordingly.

Lead regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders; ensure accountability and progress tracking.

Translate business requirements into functional specs for technical teams.

Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and creative agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time.

Maintain project documentation, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports.

Load and QA data within marketing platforms; ensure proper execution of CRM programs.

Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve KPIs.

Identify project risks, root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Support continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at faster, better, and more cost-efficient campaign delivery.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3–5 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, or 1:1 Digital Marketing.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Project Management experience in a digital or marketing environment.

Experience with Marketing Technology Platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Experience with Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or IBM Unica also considered.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interface with creative, technical, and business stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple concurrent projects.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Demonstrated experience capturing business requirements and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions.
Preferred Skills:

Digital marketing or interactive agency experience.
