About the Role

The Smart Retail Installation Crew provides professional, basic delivery or "white-glove" setup for our customers Ai Smart Coolers. You will be responsible for the delivery & setup at various client sites. This technical role is critical to ensuring every unit is fully operational and ready for immediate customer use the moment installation is complete.

What You’ll Do

• Logistics & Placement: Execute the safe uncrating, delivery, and precision placement of Ai Smart Coolers at client locations, including offices, gyms, hotels, apartment complexes and stadiums.
• Hardware Setup: Perform electrical connections and install all internal shelving and specialized hardware, such as pusher upgrades for specific models.
• Technical Configuration: Activate and configure Wi-Fi Routers with custom settings.
• Client Engagement: Provide on-site technical setup, app training, and "white-glove" service to ensure business owners are comfortable operating their new equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Test all systems, to verify the machine is ready for service.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical installation, commercial equipment maintenance, or a customer-facing field service role.
• Basic understanding of networking and Wi-Fi router configuration.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required for uncrating and maneuvering heavy vending equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel throughout the Phoenix metro area and statewide Arizona.
• Strong verbal communication skills for conducting client training and setup walk-throughs.
