Job Description

Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy)
Location: Stafford, VA
Setting: In-home, in-school, or center-based
Hours: Flexible / Per Diem
Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour

Job Summary:
Join a mission-driven team supporting children with autism in their natural environments. As a Behavior Technician, you will:

Work one-on-one with children in their home, school, or one of our centers
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support the development of new skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age
Reliable transportation
Childcare experience required
ABA experience preferred
