As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy drilling and construction equipment, including drill rigs, excavators, and cranes. You will play a crucial role in installing deep foundation elements such as micro piles, helical piles, and push piers. Additionally, you will work with shoring elements like soil nails, tiebacks, and soldier pile walls, supporting ground improvement activities like grouting and soil stabilization. Your commitment to adhering to project plans and safety standards is essential, as well as conducting routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy drilling and construction equipment such as drill rigs, excavators, and cranes.
- Install and assist with the installation of deep foundation elements, including micro piles, helical piles, and push piers.
- Work around and install shoring elements such as soil nails, tiebacks, and soldier pile walls.
- Support ground improvement activities, including grouting, soil mixing, and other soil stabilization techniques.
- Adhere to project plans, ensuring work is completed accurately and in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.
