Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide occupational therapy services in a school setting, supporting students' developmental and functional needs to enhance their educational experience. This contract position is located in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly

Qualifications:

• Current and valid OT licensure
• Experience working in a school environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to professional development and continuing education
