Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
•\tEvaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
•\tDevelop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
•\tDocument services accurately and timely
•\tSupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
•\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
•\tMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
•\tGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
•\tActive state OT license (or ability to obtain)
•\tStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
