Entry Level Marketing Coordinator
The Shoppes at Vanderbilt group of companies is seeking an individual to perform daily marketing duties and grow our brand through creative marketing strategies!
Requirements:
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook
· Proficient on all major social media platforms.
· Knowledge of Adobe products including Illustrator
· Experience with Canva for Graphic Design
· Knowledge of creating ads for Google
· Ability to create scripts for Radio/TV campaigns
· Ability to edit and upload videos in YouTube Suite
· Excellent phone and email etiquette, and able to relay pertinent information
· Be able to communicate with both supervisors and other staff. Open to feedback. Must be extremely organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
· Must be able to manage your time accurately and effectively
· Must have High School Diploma, or GED
· Other marketing skills and experience a plus!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Provide monthly Social Media Management of Facebook and Instagram
· Provide monthly newsletter creation and management
· Maintain chalkboard and member info boards with new content weekly/monthly
· Sending E-mail blasts
· Maintain changes and updates to website pages with Wix
· Collaborate with event coordinators for holiday and promotional events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
