Job Description
Responsible for supervising resident care, assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring quality nursing services.
Supervise nursing staff, document services, prioritize problems, and implement care plans in compliance with physician orders.
Conduct resident assessments at admission and discharge, and prepare discharge summaries.
Coordinate staffing, handle grievances, promote positive relationships, and maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment.
Review charting for accuracy, respond to staffing shortages, and track care trends for improvement.
Fill in as Charge Nurse when needed and support special projects.
Requirements: Active RN license, 1-3 years relevant experience, CPR certification, strong assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Physical demands: Moderate activity including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and computer work.
Compensation: Starting at $35/hr plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
