• Manage outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide additional information as needed.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and process orders efficiently.
• Coordinate email correspondence to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support client needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline workflows.
• Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience managing email correspondence in a setting that requires attention to detail.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation purposes.
• Ability to perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
