Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support the finance team with any payroll-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
