We are hiring OSP Field Supervisors to oversee fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) construction projects.
This is a field-based role , ideal for candidates ready to step out of daily labor and into supervision/quality oversight. 
 What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Oversee aerial and underground fiber construction</li>
<li>Perform field walkouts and quality checks</li>
<li>Monitor contractor crews and ensure safety compliance</li>
<li>Investigate issues (utility strikes, build defects)</li>
<li>Track work progress and budgets </li>
</ul>
✅ What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>5+ years in fiber / telecom construction OR inspection </li>
<li>Background as:</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Foreman / Supervisor (crew leadership) OR</li>
<li>OSP Inspector / QC Specialist</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience in:</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Underground (HDD / drilling) OR aerial fiber</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ability to work fully in the field </li>
</ul>
⭐ Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>OSHA 10/30</li>
<li>CDL</li>
<li>BlueBeam / inspection tools</li>
<li>Experience with multiple crews </li>
</ul>
