Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients with respiratory and medical conditions.
- Conduct trach care and manage telemetry monitoring effectively.
- Titrate medications like Heparin, Cardizem, and Lasix according to physician orders.
- Float to Med-Surg units or Emergency Department as required.
- Serve as Charge Nurse if needed, following appropriate cross-training.
- Ensure accurate documentation using EPIC charting system.

\n\nQualifications\n

- Current RN license in the State of West Virginia or eligibility to obtain.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry with a background in critical drips and trach care required.
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed.
