Sales & Leadership Opportunities – Farmers Insurance (Ohio Licensed)

Were partnering with Erik Anderson, District Manager with Farmers Insurance, to build a team of motivated licensed professionals and entrepreneurial leaders across the state of Ohio.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are looking to grow beyond a traditional sales role and step into long term leadership, agency management, or ownership within the Farmers network.

While many candidates begin in a structured development track, there are also opportunities for experienced professionals ready to step directly into agency ownership.

About the Opportunity

As part of the Farmers team, you'll help clients protect what matters most while learning the operational and business side of insurance from an experienced District leadership team.

You'll receive structured mentorship, business development guidance, and access to Farmers established systems designed to support long term success.

This campaign is focused primarily on identifying future agency leaders and owners throughout Ohio.

Protégé Development Path
Designed for professionals who want structured mentorship before launching or leading an agency.

Work directly under District leadership
Develop sales, operations, and leadership skills
Learn how to build and manage a high performing agency
Follow a clear path toward agency ownership

Agency Leadership / Ownership Path
For experienced professionals ready to operate their own business within the Farmers network.

Launch or acquire a Farmers agency
Lead sales, operations, staffing, and growth initiatives
Operate as an independent business owner
High income potential tied to performance and business growth

Who You Are

Licensed in Property & Casualty and or Life & Health in Ohio
One license required, both preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership potential
Hard working and self motivated
Clean background record
Interested in long term business ownership and growth

Candidates from prior business ownership, sales leadership, or management backgrounds are encouraged to apply. For qualified career changers, licensing support may be available.

For direct agency ownership opportunities, candidates must have access to approximately $100,000 in liquid capital.

Erik Anderson is looking to hire for multiple office locations across Ohio.

Schedule

Protégé Track:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Agency Owner Track:
Independent contractor 1099 structure
Owners operate their business and determine their own schedule
