Job DescriptionJOB FUNCTION
Direct and coordinate activities on business and departments related to revenue, production delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall site operations, including NPI launch & transfer, delivery metrics, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Continuous organization development (people, system, facility, etc.) to meet customer demand or business growth
- Bridge communication and facilitate project launch among all customers
- Work with customers to strategize & implement high level initiatives & focuses
- Business exploration and advanced technologies development, inclusive automation initiatives.
- Responsible of factory P/L. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract manufacturing.
- Extensive experience on SMT/ PCMA/SI products is desirable.

- Good personnel management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
