We are seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Specialist to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, guide individuals through court-ordered obligations, and place them on compliant payment agreements.
This role requires someone who leads with compassion, integrity, dignity, and respect while also serving as a working coach within the department. You will model professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct in every interaction.
What Youll Do:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with patience and professionalism
- Clearly explain court-ordered obligations and financial processes to individuals
- Set up compliant payment agreements within company guidelines
- Accurately document call details and payment arrangements
- Transition accounts to the appropriate department once enrollment is complete
Leadership & Oversight Responsibilities:
- Review calls to ensure quality, professionalism, and compliance
- Provide structured coaching and constructive feedback
- Measure and review performance metrics to maintain accountability
- Support onboarding and development of team members
- Reinforce a culture grounded in dignity, integrity, and respect
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of high-volume call handling experience (inbound and outbound required)
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or senior-level experience
- Excellent communication skills clear, calm, and professional
- Ability to explain legal or financial information in straightforward terms
- Composure during emotionally charged conversations
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards
- A strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 $85,000 annual salary, based on experience
- Year-end performance bonus
