Job SummaryThe CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines used to manufacture precision components for pool filtration systems. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment, can read technical drawings, and maintains a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and production schedules
- Set up machines, load materials, and monitor machine operation
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with supervisors and production team to meet daily output goals
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
