The Client Engagement Account Manager for managing and expanding relationships with staffing clients.
Location: Bloomfield, CT/Nashville TN (Open for remote for right candidate)
*** Previous IT Staffing Experience with Healthcare Clients is Highly Preferred***
This role is key in maintaining client satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Understand clients’ business needs, workforce strategies, and hiring plans to align staffing solutions accordingly.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Coordinate closely with internal recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of job orders.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients.
- Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
