Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location: Lee's Summit MO 64063 (in office position)
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi Weekly
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Healthcare Customer Service Representative Responsibilities and Duties:
- In this role, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage and mail order prescriptions so that our members better understand their coverage and options.
- You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types as our business is every changing and evolving.
- Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience.
Healthcare Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience interacting with customers (call center, retail, customer service environment, pharmacy or hospital)
