Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CEO's household schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demostrating excellent etiquette and customer service skills.
- Driving minor household members to and from activities or running errands for the household.
- Coordinate logistics for household's occational meetings/events, including vendor bookings, catering arrangements, and technology setup.
- Be able to assist with simple household tasks.
- Plan and supervise activities such as household members' playdates, birthday parties, and educational experiences.
- Maintain a safe and child-friendly atmosphere.
- Attend to minor household members' physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is perferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced enviroment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with household members and their circles.
- CPR certified, childcare experience is a plus.
- Reliable vehicle and clean/safe driving records.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Authorized to work in the US.
Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri- 3pm - 6pm; Wed- 2pm-5pm; If more hours are needed, weekends can be added with flexible schedule.
Guarantee pay increase after 3 months.
PTO, Vacation, Bonus after 3 months.
