What You'll Do as a Server
As a Server at Ivy Cafe, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly. - Providing menu recommendations and answering any guest questions. - Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and set for the next guest. - Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service. - Handling guest concerns with care and resolving them to ensure satisfaction.
