Your Role: As a Production Flow Coordinator, you will ensure seamless material transitions within our machine shop, collaborating closely with procurement and production teams to hit critical delivery milestones.
Your Day at a Glance:
- Streamline material flow through the production stages, maximizing efficiency.
- Transport materials using various powered vehicles and ensure timely staging for production.
- Operate bandsaws with precision; perform required maintenance, ensuring clean cuts every time.
Core Interactions:
- Track and manage order progress, anticipating and resolving workflow challenges.
- Communicate with vendors and teams to uphold promised delivery standards.
- Collaborate in daily operations meetings, addressing high-priority issues.
Your Edge:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification preferable.
- Bring two years of experience in production planning, armed with MRP/ERP system knowledge.
- Possess a Bachelor's in logistics or related field (preferred).

ITAR Requirements:
