Your Role: As a Production Flow Coordinator, you will ensure seamless material transitions within our machine shop, collaborating closely with procurement and production teams to hit critical delivery milestones.

Your Day at a Glance:

  • Streamline material flow through the production stages, maximizing efficiency.
  • Transport materials using various powered vehicles and ensure timely staging for production.
  • Operate bandsaws with precision; perform required maintenance, ensuring clean cuts every time.

Core Interactions:

  • Track and manage order progress, anticipating and resolving workflow challenges.
  • Communicate with vendors and teams to uphold promised delivery standards.
  • Collaborate in daily operations meetings, addressing high-priority issues.

Your Edge:

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification preferable.
  • Bring two years of experience in production planning, armed with MRP/ERP system knowledge.
  • Possess a Bachelor's in logistics or related field (preferred).
