A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in telespeech services within a school setting. This role is located in Ventura, CA, providing virtual support to students through a specialized platform designed for remote speech therapy delivery.
Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments and therapy sessions via a secure, interactive virtual platform. Utilize provided tools such as assessments and learning materials to create customized treatment plans. Facilitate therapy sessions using a Zoom Pro account, ensuring effective communication and progress monitoring. Collaborate with clinical and technical support teams to address any challenges and optimize service delivery.
Key qualifications and skills:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with valid licensure.
- Experience in telespeech or virtual speech therapy delivery.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions remotely.
- Ability to navigate and utilize interactive learning materials and virtual platforms.
- Strong communication skills to engage students effectively through digital mediums.
