Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are hiring Construction Siding Installers full health benefits, PTO, Paid Holidays, sign on bonus.
Responsibilities/Duties

• Install, remove, replace siding on structure exteriors.
• Has the knowledge to use tools to install siding evenly, solidly over the face of a building in a safe manner. Will need to have own basic hand tools.
• Install siding to manufacturer Specs.
• Help with job site set up.
• Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed.
• Able to follow instructions from crew leaders.
• Ability to follow safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• May at times be required to install flashing, fascia and gutters as required/needed.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to help implement project goals if required.
• Represent the company products/services in a professional manner.

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience and/or has the capabilities to perform this type of work
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
• Working knowledge of industry-related tools and materials.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
• Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills for collaborating effectively with others.
• Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform duties as needed.
• Job requires outside work in all types of elements.
• Must be good/comfortable with heights
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
