Job Description

Production Technician: Weekends 6 AM - 6 PM, Fri - Sun ($20-$21/hr.)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in an assembly line environment.

Weekends 6 AM - 6 PM, Fri - Sun ($20-$21/hr.)

Duties

Assemble products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications.
Fabricate components as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
Operate machinery and equipment safely within the manufacturing facility.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to management.
Assist in training new employees on proper assembly techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Experience working on an assembly line within a manufacturing facility or factory setting.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred but not required).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
