Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Assist students with goal setting, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Facilitate programs promoting mental health awareness, social skills, and emotional well-being
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and team meetings to support a holistic approach to student development
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Valid counseling licensure or certification applicable to the K-12 educational setting
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with children and adolescents across diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving school environments
- Knowledge of best practices in school counseling and mental health support services
